If you cannot update your payment information by going to the ABCmouse Parent Section > My Account page, you may be billed through Amazon, one of ABCmouse's third-party billing partners. This can be confirmed by going to the ABCmouse Parent Section > My Account > Billing page. Some third parties may have specific restrictions in place.
Amazon-billed subscribers can update their payment information on Amazon's website using a computer or a mobile device.
Follow these steps:
- Go to www.Amazon.com.
- Go to Manage Your Content and Devices.
- Select Preferences.
- Under Digital Payment Settings, click Edit Payment Method.
- Select a different payment method from the list or add a new one and click Continue.
The payment method will be updated and it can now be selected when buying something on Amazon.com.
