Is it possible to select an annual upgrade later?
If you are currently a monthly subscriber, you can upgrade your account to an annual subscription at any time within the Parents Section.
To upgrade your account, please follow the instructions below:
- Navigate to the Gear icon at the top of your screen.
- Choose Parents Section.
- Click/tap the My Account panel.
- Select the Membership panel.
- Click/tap the Upgrade button.
- If you don't see the Upgrade option, please chat with us and ask to speak to an agent.
You will then be prompted with an offer to upgrade your account to an annual subscription rate that will recur annually until cancelled. Upon selecting Submit, you will need to enter your password again to confirm your purchase.
Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the new price upon selection and 12 additional months will be added to your then-current month.
Is it possible to convert to a monthly subscription payment plan?
If you are currently on a yearly-renewing subscription, you can revert to a monthly plan at any time.
You will need to chat with us and request this action to have your account adjusted accordingly.
Is it possible to switch my plan through a third-party billing provider?
The subscription plans offered may be different depending on how you pay for your ABCmouse subscription. Third-party subscribers are regulated to the rates and promotions offered by Amazon, Apple or Google Play.
Additionally, there may be different steps to make changes to your subscription. You can manage your subscription directly on the device you ordered your subscription on or by contacting your third-party customer support for assistance.
If you still want to subscribe to ABCmouse but no longer wish to be billed by a third party, you can subscribe directly through the ABCmouse website. Existing third-party billed subscribers should end their current subscriptions with the third party first. Once the remainder of your paid billing cycle is over, you can then re-subscribe.
