Issue: The Games section in the Classroom is not working on their mobile device. My child gets a black screen.

Recommendation: Use a desktop or laptop since these platforms are unaffected.
If you need to use a mobile device and are experiencing this issue, you will need to fill out a support ticket and have an agent assist you. Our developers are aware of this issue and we are currently working on a fix.
