Understand why an Assessment pop-up may appear while using ABCmouse. This article explains when and why these prompts are triggered, typically as part of the Assessment Center feature to evaluate a child’s progress. It also outlines how these assessments support personalized learning and how to manage or opt out of them if needed. Helpful for parents and teachers who want clarity on these interruptions and how they fit into the learning experience.
After the completion of 15 activities within the past 5 days of activity, an Assessment pop-up will appear giving the user an opportunity to take a FREE assessment for each unique Child Profile and reward the user with Tickets upon completion.
Once you have finished, you will see the sample assessment results and recommended activities.
This pop-up is a one-time deal for both users who have and have not purchased the Assessment Center.
Please note that the Customer Care team does not have the ability to resend pop-up offers, nor have access to the results of this sample Assessment.
Keep in mind the Assessment Center is an optional add-on to your account and does not pay for access to all other areas of ABCmouse.
