Recommendation: If you are experiencing this issue, we suggest for the time being to utilize your ABCmouse account via Chrome or Firefox web browsers, as holiday decorations are visible on the ABCmouse desktop platform. If you still need further assistance regarding this issue, you will need to fill out a support ticket and have an agent assist you. This issue will be resolved during our next app update.
