Issue: When logging into ABCmouse, I receive the message: "You are offline".

Recommendation: Always verify you have the most recent version of the app installed on your device. An additional troubleshooting tip is to swipe down on the top of your mobile device in order to bring up the menu with the wi-fi option. Turn off the wi-fi, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This should automatically re-direct you to the Student Homepage. You can also try unplugging your router for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.
If these tips don't work, force close the app and try to open it again.
If you are still experiencing this issue and are able to open ABCmouse from a browser on your device, you will need to fill out a support ticket and have an agent assist you.
