Issue: When logging into ABCmouse, I receive the message, "you are offline".

Recommendation: A troubleshooting tip we can provide is to swipe down on the top of your mobile device in order to bring up the menu with the wi-fi option. Turn off the wi-fi, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This should automatically redirect you to the Student Homepage. If this tip doesn't work, force close the app and try to open it again. If you are still experiencing this issue, you will need to fill out a support ticket and have an agent assist you.
