We are actively investigating a loading issue with the ABCmouse Aquarium page, as detailed below, that has been reported by some ABCmouse users on mobile devices.

Issue: When opening the My Aquarium page, some users reported that their screen gets stuck on a loading page and they are unable to do anything else.

Status: Our Development Team identified a bug with one of the fish tank options, the Hawaiian tank, and has recommended that users experiencing this issue follow the steps below.
- Recommendation: We recommend that any affected users complete the following steps to switch to a different fish tank and fix the issue:

- Open a browser on a desktop or laptop computer.
- Log In to the ABCmouse website at www.ABCmouse.com and access your account.
- Go to the About Me area.
- Click My Aquarium.
- To the right of the tank screen, you’ll see a small orange and white striped fish. Select the Fish Tab.
- Select the My Aquariums label.
- Pick a different default Fish Tank.
Your new fish tank selection should automatically be updated to your ABCmouse mobile app and should load correctly.
