Issue: I resubscribed to ABCmouse using my mobile device, and now I am stuck. The page will flip alternating from portrait to landscape, or the screen is a blank yellow page.

Recommendation: If you are experiencing this issue, log in to ABCmouse using your desktop or laptop to complete the registration process. This is happening because the registration process is not yet complete. You may also fill out a support ticket and have an agent assist you.
