How do I change the name for a Child Profile?

To edit the name of a Child Profile, please see the steps below:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top of the screen.
   
2. Select Parent Section.
3. Enter your account password to access the Parent Home page.
4. Click/tap the Settings panel.
5. Select the Child Profile you would like to edit.
6. Select the User Profile panel at the top.
7. Select First Name to begin editing.
   • Your changes will be saved automatically.

How can I change the name pronunciation for a Child Profile?

To adjust the name pronunciation for a user, please follow the steps below:

1. Click the Gear icon at the top of the screen.
2. Select Parent Section icon.
3. Select the Settings panel.
4. Click on the Child Profile you'd like to adjust.
5. Select Audio from the left side menu.
6. Select Name Pronunciation.

Please note that this feature is currently only accessible through desktop/laptop computers.
