Billing and subscription details can be found in the Parent Section under My Account.
- Select the gear icon at the top right of the Student Homepage.
- Select Parent Section.
- Select My Account.
My Account includes the following:
- Account Information, where you can reset a password and update an email address
- Membership, where you can review current subscription details
- Billing, where you can update the payment method and view transaction history
Please note that Apple, Google Play, and Amazon subscribers must access billing information directly from those third-party payment providers.
