Your billing and subscription details are found on the Parents Page in the My Account section.
You can find the Parents Page by selecting the gear icon at the corner of your screen and selecting Parent Resources from the menu. If you are navigating through the site, you will see an Options icon in the bottom-left corner of your screen. Click the icon, then select Parent when prompted. Enter your password to gain access, then select the My Account panel.
You will see three options in the My Account section:
- Account Information – resetting a password or changing the email address used to access your account
- Membership – review your current subscription details
- Billing – update your method of payment and see your transaction history
Please note that iTunes and Amazon In-App Purchase subscribers will only see billing details within the iTunes or Amazon apps.
