The steps to uninstall/reinstall will vary depending on the device you’re using to access ABCmouse.
Android (mobile)
Follow these steps:
- Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > ABCmouse and press Uninstall.
- Turn off the device.
- Let the device sit for one (1) minute.
- Turn the device back on.
- Reinstall the ABCmouse app from the Google Play Store.
Fire Tablet
Follow these steps:
- Go to More > Applications > Installed Applications > select ABCmouse > and tap Uninstall.
- Power cycle your device by turning it off for one (1) minute.
- Go to the Kindle Apps Store and reinstall ABCmouse.
iOS
Follow these steps:
- Touch and hold the ABCmouse app.
- Tap Remove App.
- Tap Delete App, then tap Delete to confirm.
- Power cycle your device by turning it off for one (1) minute.
- Turn the device back on.
- Search for ABCmouse in the App Store, and click on the cloud icon to re-download it.
- Once the download is complete, tap Open to open ABCmouse.
Mac & PC
Follow these steps:
- Go to the Programs menu for your platform to select and uninstall the ABCmouse application.
- Windows users can find this in the Control Panel section.
- Mac users can use Finder to see their Applications.
- After uninstalling ABCmouse, go to abcmouse.com.
- Click Log In.
- Enter the log in credentials for your account and then click Log In.
- Select Download to re-download ABCmouse.
