To resolve the issue, we recommend the troubleshooting steps below.
You may also want to download the desktop app for ABCmouse rather then using a browser.
Browser Troubleshooting:
- Log out of the ABCmouse.com website.
- Restart your web browser and log back in to ABCmouse.com (without any other tabs open).
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Log in to ABCmouse with a new browser: the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox are recommended.
- Restart your computer.
Internet Connection Troubleshooting:
- Turn your Wi-Fi off and back on: Go to your device Settings, toggle off your Wi-Fi, wait about 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Power cycle your modem/router.
- Test your internet connection.
Computer Troubleshooting:
- Restart your computer.
