General Recommendations: While we are not yet certain why this one individual encountered this issue, the following are general recommendations to prevent or resolve loading issues when using ABCmouse on your computer.
- Check that your operating system is up to date
- Check that the app that you are using is up to date
- Check that your internet connection/wi-fi is strong and stable (test other websites)
- Disable any ad-blocking software or whitelist www.ABCmouse.com. Learn how to do that here...

Alternate Way to Bypass the Activity: When there is a particular Learning Path activity that is freezing or not loading on one particular setup -- such as a desktop app -- users are often able to get around the issue by accessing the ABCmouse Learning Path and completing the activity in question on another device or browser.
In a case like this, we suggest that you try:- Instead of using the ABCmouse desktop app, log in to the ABCmouse website using a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer.
- Select the child profile that was stuck and go to the Learning Path.
- Open the activity that was not loading (Bunny Hops in this case).
- Complete the activity in your web browser.
- You should now be able to resume using the Learning Path on the ABCmouse app.
