If you're unable to see one of your child’s profiles when switching users on ABCmouse, it could be because the profile was unintentionally created under the parent account. This guide will help you resolve the issue.
Identifying the Problem:
There isn't a direct way to see in the Parent Section whether a profile has been set up incorrectly. However, if your child’s profile is missing from the Switch Users tab and you have the option to Add a Child in the Parent Section, it's likely the profile was created under the parent account.

Go to the Parent Section:
Log in to your ABCmouse account and navigate to the Parent Section. -
Check for the Option to Add a Child:
If you see the Add a Child option, this indicates that a child profile may not have been properly set up.- Select Add a Child and fill in the required details for the child whose profile is missing.
- Once the new profile is created, go back to the student homepage to verify that it now appears in the Switch Users tab.
