While playing with learning activities on the ABCmouse app, some users on iOS devices have reported that the app occasionally freezes and is unresponsive.
- Platform: Apple mobile devices with various iOS versions
- Status: Our Developer Team is aware of this issue and working on a fix, but we do not yet have a timeframe for a resolution.
- Recommendation: At this time, users who experience this issue are advised to hard close/force quit the ABCmouse app by swiping up from the bottom of your screen or double-tapping the Home button if your iPad has one, and then reopening it. Once we have fixed this issue we will communicate that here.

- The computer or mobile device you were using
- Your operating system
- The activity that froze
- Any other observations you think may be relevant
