We are actively investigating an ABCmouse Learning Path level issue that has been reported by some users on the Safari web browser.
-
Issue: We have received reports from some users that after their child finished a Learning Path level and completed the graduation ceremony, they were unexpectedly placed back to the beginning of a lower level. This issue disrupts the continuity of the child’s learning progress.
-
Platform: Safari web browser
-
Status: Our Developer Team redesigned ABCmouse to Auto-Graduate children from one Learning Path Level to the next to help ensure that they move on to the most appropriate educational content based on their previous Learning Path progress.
- Recommendation: If you notice that your child is not advancing to the appropriate level after completing the graduation ceremony, we recommend that you check the birth year entered for your child during account setup or profile creation. Ensuring the correct birth year is entered can help mitigate any issues with the level assigned to your child.
