If you’re billed for ABCmouse through Apple, you must cancel your ABCmouse subscription through the iTunes (Apple) Store.
Please note that the email address used for your Apple ID may not be the same one used to access ABCmouse.
To Cancel from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch (for devices running iOS 14.1)
- Go to Settings
- Tap your name
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
To Cancel from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes& App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
- Tap "View Apple ID" > You might need to authenticate your Apple ID
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage
- Use the options to manage your subscription
To Cancel from your Mac or PC
- Open iTunes
- If you're not signed in, sign in with your Apple ID
- From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account
- Authenticate your Apple ID, then click "View Account"
- On the Account Information page: scroll to the "Settings" section
- To the right of Subscriptions, click "Manage"
- To the right of the subscription you want to manage, click "Edit"
- Use the options to manage your subscription. You can click "Cancel Subscription" to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

You will receive a confirmation email from us shortly afterward. Once you've cancelled your subscription, you will continue to have access to ABCmouse for the remainder of your current ABCmouse billing cycle. After that, your iTunes account will no longer be charged for ABCmouse.
