Why can't we hear any audio?

Please note that certain desktop browsers have a default muted setting. Please make sure that the audio feature has been enabled on your browser of choice.

Chrome Users 

1. Click Settings.
2. Click Privacy and Security.
3. Select Site Settings.
4. Scroll down to Content and click additional content settings.
5. Click on Sound and make sure abcmouse.com is not listed under the Mute box.
6. Under Allow, add abcmouse.com.

Safari Users

1. Click on the Apple menu and choose System Preferences.
2. Click on the Sound pane.
3. Select the Output tab and choose Internal Speakers.
4. Check if the volume slider is low, and if so, slide it to the right and check the sound again.
5. Make sure the Mute box isn't checked.

Please also check your volume settings within ABCmouse. This can be done per the steps below:

1. Select the Gear icon.
2. Click/tap on the Volume icon.
   
3. To turn your volume up, slide the toggle to the right.
