If you have recently subscribed to ABCmouse via Amazon and you are unable to access your account, we believe the error that you are experiencing may be fixed by restoring your subscription on your device.
Open the ABCmouse app on the same device used with your Amazon account. Once opened, tap the Sign Up button at the top of your screen. This will take you to the billing page.
You will see a prompt at the bottom labeled "Having Trouble? Tap here” Tap the link in the prompt to start your restoration.
You will then receive instructions on how to restore your ABCmouse subscription through the app. If you do not see this option, please make sure that you have downloaded the most recent version of our ABCmouse Early Learning Academy app.
