If your child’s virtual hamster has disappeared from its habitat, it may be due to profile syncing issues or accidental hiding. The hamster can often be found by checking My Room or refreshing the app. This article provides troubleshooting steps to help locate the missing hamster.
Your child can purchase multiple mazes. Once your child has switched mazes, they should be able to find any missing hamsters.
Please follow the steps below to switch mazes:
- Select the About Me section on the Student Homepage.
- Select the My Hamster button in the upper-right corner.
- Select the My Mazes button.
