This article explains how to update your login credentials or school information on ABCmouse. It includes step-by-step instructions for changing your email address, password, and details related to school accounts. Whether you're a parent or teacher, this guide helps ensure your account information stays current and accurate for continued access and proper account management.
We do not currently have Teacher Section access from our mobile application. Please note that your Teacher Section and all Teacher features are only available when using a desktop or a laptop computer.
To update your Teacher Name, Email Address or School Name, please see the steps below:
- Go to the Teacher Dashboard.
- Click your Teacher Username in the upper-right corner.
- Select Teacher Settings when prompted.
- Select the blue pencil icon on the Account Information section.
- Edit your First Name or Last Name text fields.
- Enter your new email in the Email Address field.
- Tap on Public School or Private School.
- Enter the Zip Code of your school.
- Select a School from the available names that will appear in the drop-down menu.
- Click Save at the bottom of your screen once you've finished your adjustments.
To update your existing password, please see the steps below:
- Go to the Teacher Dashboard.
- Click your Teacher Username in the upper-right corner.
- Select Teacher Settings when prompted.
- Click the blue pencil icon to the right of the Change Password section.
- Enter your old password in the Current Password field.
- Enter your new password in the New Password field and the Confirm New Password field.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
