If you submitted a Customer Support request and you haven't received a response yet, or you received a survey email stating that you received a response, but you can't find one in your email, this article will help you find any requests you have submitted in the past by logging into your ABCmouse Customer Support account!
1) Go to the ABCmouse Customer Support Center Homepage and click on the top-right hand corner button "Sign In" - you can also find the "Sign In" button on all pages within the website.
2) Once clicked, you will see the ABCmouse Login page, which will ask for your email address and password. Sign into your ABCmouse account with which the submitted request is associated.
3) Once signed in successfully, you will see a "My Support Tickets" button on the top-right hand corner where the "Sign In" button used to be.
4) Once inside, you will be able to find all current and past Customer Support requests all up-to-date. If your request has still not been answered within 24 hours of being submitted, you can follow-up on the same ticket or chat with a Live Agent today by clicking on the blue "Chat" button found on the bottom right-hand corner of every web page.
