If you submitted a Customer Care request and you have not received a response yet, or you received a survey email stating that you received a response, but you cannot find one in your email, this article will help you find any requests you have submitted in the past by logging into your ABCmouse Customer Care account!
- Go to the ABCmouse Customer Care Center Homepage and click Sign In, which is located near the top-right hand corner of the page.

- Once clicked, you will see the ABCmouse Login page, which will ask for your email address and password.

Sign in to your ABCmouse account that the submitted request is associated with.
- Once signed in successfully, you will see a My Support Tickets button on the top-right hand corner where the Sign In button used to be.
After selecting My Support Tickets, you will be able to find all current and past Customer Care requests all up-to-date. If your request has still not been answered within 24 hours of being submitted, you can follow-up on the same ticket or chat with a Live Agent today by clicking on the blue Chat button found on the bottom right-hand corner of every web page.
